Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees

Tickets purchased on Vegandale Food Drink Festival are typically subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Festival dates and details to be announced and are subject to change. Tickets will not be refunded in case of inclement weather or due to pandemic-related mandates. If a festival is postponed or cancelled for any reason your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled date. Should you be unable to attend the new date you will have the option to defer the tickets you purchased in 2023 to a future year.

All ticket sales are final. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from www.vegandalefest.com. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and Vegandale Food Drink Festival may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using www.vegandalefest.com.

Limitation of Liability

You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after performance, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Vegandale Festival, its management, officers, directors, owners, employees or agents on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.

No in-person event is risk-free during a pandemic. Accordingly, there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending Vegandale Festival will not be exposed to COVID-19. By attending Vegandale Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree that you will not hold Vegandale Festival liable for any resulting illness or injury. All local, state, provincial, and federal mandated COVID-19 protocols will be adhered to and all attendees must comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local regulations, requirements and orders as they relate to mass gatherings and in-person events.

The holder of this ticket voluntarily acknowledges and assumes all risks related in any way to the event (including, without limitation, risks of personal injury, property loss and/or damage) arising or resulting from any cause whatsoever (including, without limitation, by performers, spectators, objects, and other inherent risks incidental to the event and negligence) and whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any condition, warranty, right or liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited. Only those liability and other limitations which are lawful in your jurisdiction (if any) will apply to you and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value

Event Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket’s face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.

Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes

Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by the Event Provider, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of Vegandale Festival’s trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to Vegandale Festival’s written consent.
