WHEN ARE APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENT DUE?
With a vendor participant cap and first come, first serve model in place for each show, limited Vendor and Sponsor spots sell out incredibly fast! If you wish to secure your spot in one or more events, we highly recommend applying early and confirming your spot via security deposit as soon as possible.
HOW DO I LOCK IN MY SPOT?
Once your application is approved, your Vendor Sales Specialist will send you a payment link where you can pay for your security deposit and any rentals you may need. We only accept a one time full payment method (payment installments are not an option). Payments are made electronically through our online portal with Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
IS MY SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Yes, your security deposit will be refunded to you post event provided that all city, park and Vegandale rules are followed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Vendors Vendors will receive their security deposits back 30 days post event. We will reduce the deposit if there are any chargebacks for their specific products/services. “The Vendor acknowledges that a security deposit is required for Event participation. The deposit will be returned via wire/ACH transfer 30 business days post-Event, provided there are no violations of Terms and Conditions or Vendor Rules. The Vendor agrees not to dispute or seek a chargeback on the security deposit. Breach may result in the Company prohibiting participation unless the security deposit is repaid in advance of the Event. Any chargebacks will result in deductions from the security deposit, however, if the Company successfully disputes a chargeback, the disputed amount may be returned to the Vendor at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company may also refuse pending and future payments on accounts with chargebacks.” The refundable security deposit will not be refunded if Vegandale, city, or park rules are broken.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL.
If an event is postponed or canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other applicable reason, you would be eligible to transfer payment to the postponed date or toward any event for the remainder of the season.
CAN I BRING MY OWN TENT OR TENT COVERING?
No. Due to health and safety reasons, vendors are not permitted to bring their own tents or tent coverings. A 10×10 tent will be professionally staked and set up for you. Be sure to bring your own branded signage and banners to represent your brand in the best way possible!
CAN I SAMPLE?
Sampling is strictly prohibited at the vendor level.

CAN I SELL THIRD PARTY GENERIC BEVERAGES (I.E. POP, WATER)?
No. If you wish to sell beverages on-site, they must be pre approved (by your vendor sales specialist) specialty, in-house, non-alcoholic drinks.
WHERE CAN I PARK DURING THE EVENT?
Parking information will be provided closer to the event date.
HOW MUCH FOOD, DRINK, OR MERCHANDISE SHOULD I BE PREPARED TO BRING?
In your final email sent one week prior to the event, it will list a portion count. These are the minimum amount of portions you are contractually obligated to bring, but vendors may of course prepare above that number.
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY FOOD, DRINK OR MERCHANDISE ITEMS APPROVED?
Yes – all items sold at Vegandale must be pre approved by your vendor specialist. All items not approved are subject to recall.
HOW MANY VENDOR WRISTBANDS CAN I HAVE FOR MY STAFF?
Up to 5 vendor wristbands will be provided for you and your staff at vendor check in the day before the event.
WHAT TYPE OF FACILITIES CAN I EXPECT AT THE EVENT?
All infrastructure including washrooms, fencing, services from our waste management company, etc. will be set up and provided for you for the event.
IS THE EVENT RAIN OR SHINE?
Yes! We have included a tent in each vendor package to ensure that bad weather doesn’t stop our good time.
WHEN IS VENDOR SET UP?
You are required to set up between 1pm-7pm the Friday prior to the event date. On the morning of the event, the park opens at 6am for sta and product to be loaded in. All vehicles must be vacated from the park by 8am latest.
WHEN IS VENDOR TEAR DOWN AND LOAD OUT?
Once the event has finished and all attendees have safely vacated the park, vendors will be allowed to tear down and load out their equipment. Please note that vendors cannot tear down their booths before the event is finished, as per contractual agreement.
CAN VENDORS CHOOSE WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED?
Vendors are not able to choose their booth location, but can put in a location request with their Vendor Sales Specialist.
Please note that this is a request and not a guarantee.
CAN I SHARE A BOOTH WITH ANOTHER VENDOR?
No, booth sharing is strictly prohibited.
For vendors interested in doing collaborations, you can put in a request to be neighbors with another brand participant. Branded products and signage must be reflective of the company that purchased the Vendor package.
WHAT PERMITS/LICENSING IS REQUIRED FOR MY PARTICIPATION?
Upon securing your spot at Vegandale, our Permits Department will contact you via email and provide you with the next steps and the required documents.
