Rick’s Good Eats is home style Punjabi-Canadian cuisine, always with a fusion twist. Small batches, handmade, fresh ingredients, bold flavours. This is the New Tradition. Chef Rick Matharu created Rick’s Good Eats as an ode to the immigrant experience. Flavours from Ricks’ childhood melds with his passion for comfort food classics that evoke a feeling of nostalgia. Since winning Food Network Canada’s prestigious ‘Recipe to Riches’ competition, Rick has been honing his craft and building a movement to highlight North Indian flavours to the mainstream.
