Your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. However, we understand that you may not be able to attend the date so within 30 days, we will email you with the option to choose between requesting a full refund or having your ticket transferred to the new date. If you bought the Weekend Pass, you will have the option to choose between requesting a full refund, upgrading to single-day VIP, or requesting a refund for the Sunday day only.

No action is required at this time. If you have any further questions, please contact us at info@vegandale.com.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in September!

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Certainly! Tickets will be available at the door on a first-come, first-served basis, but at an increased price. To ensure availability and avoid disappointment, we encourage customers to secure their tickets in advance.

I just purchased tickets, when will I receive them?

Your e-tickets will be emailed to you the week of the event. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see them in your inbox. If they aren’t in spam, please contact us at info@vegandale.com for customer service support.

My ticket purchase is being declined. How can I resolve this issue?

Typically, the error message is triggered when your bank flags the transaction. To resolve this, we suggest two proactive measures:

1. Try using an alternative card for the transaction.

2. Try another device, browser, and/or incognito mode.

3. Take a moment to contact your bank and inform them about your attempt to make a transaction, kindly requesting their assistance in processing it smoothly.

I noticed multiple charges on my card for the ticket purchase. What should I do?

It’s likely that only one of the transactions will transition from processing to being posted on your statement, while the othes disappear. Before reaching out to us, please verify that both charges are posted and not just in the processing stage.

My tickets won’t download – what should I do?

All tickets will be emailed the week of the event, even if you’ve already received them previously. If you receive your tickets the week of the event and they still won’t download or the link won’t open, please contact our customer service team at info@vegandale.com for assistance.

What if I can’t attend the event due to injury, illness, emergency, or another reason? Can I get a refund or defer my ticket?

Due to the nature of events, we are unable to offer refunds or deferments in these cases. However, you are welcome to sell or give away your tickets, as the name on the ticket does not need to match that of the ticket holder.
