Rebel Cheese was born in Austin, TX as a vegan deli and wine shop and has grown to offer cheese nationwide through our relationship with small grocers, as well as our monthly cheese club subscription. We use traditional dairy methods with plant-based ingredients to create cheese that is not only delicious, but also kind to the planet and the animals that inhabit it. Uniting vegans and omnivores alike, we’ve been featured in The New York Times, VegNews, and Austin Monthly for our culinary innovation within the vegan cheese Renaissance.
