WHAT IS VEGANDALE?
Vegandale is an experience that encompasses visual art, music, food, and spirits. Vegandale attendees (Citizens) will realize the moral imperative of veganism and a world that can exist without exploiting animals. Veganism is the now, and the future.
WILL THERE BE LINES AT VEGANDALE CHICAGO?
We see you, hear you, we get you. We've taken action to address the lines and wait times we experienced last year. Here is what you can expect:
- Staggered entry times to reduce lines at the entrance and allow attendees to enter smoothly and quickly
- A record breaking number of vendors will participate (over 120!!) to reasonably accommodate the number of attendees ordering food
- More sponsors than ever before, giving attendees up to 20 free samples and access to more food options
We're confident these changes will remedy the challenges we experienced last year, and ensure the event is up to the standard our attendees have come to expect.
WHEN AND WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

We encourage customers to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
MY TRANSACTION IS BEING DECLINED. WHAT DO I DO?
Typically, you see the error message because your bank is flagging the transaction.
We recommend two things that should help resolve the issue:
1) Try a different card
2) Call your bank and let them know you are trying to put through a transaction and ask for your bank to put it through
IS EVERYTHING AT THE FESTIVAL COMPLETLEY VEGAN?
Yes! Everything sold on-site (food, drink, and merchandise) is 100% vegan!
WHAT TYPE OF FOOD AND LIQUOR SHOULD WE EXPECT?
Expect food and lifestyle vendors from around the world! Attendees can expect to be some of the first to try the latest vegan products to hit the market, some not yet available in stores!
You can expect the very best in vegan comfort food, craft brews, wine and spirits.

IS THE EVENT CHILD FRIENDLY?
Due to loud noise, large crowds, and often high temperatures, Vegandale can be a stressful environment for children and we recommend not bringing them.
WILL THE EVENT TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE?
Yes! The event will take place rain or shine!
Vendors will be covered in case of rain, and the show will go on regardless. No refunds will be given out for poor weather conditions.
ARE PETS ALLLOWED?
No. Given the loud music and large crowd, Vegandale can be a stressful and overwhelming situation for animals so we ask that you please leave your pets at home.
WILL TICKETS BE FOR SALE AT THE DOOR?
Tickets will be available for an increased price at the door, on a first come first serve basis. We encourage customers to purchase tickets in advance, to avoid disappointment!
ARE YOU SELLING TICKETS ON EVENTBRITE?
Yes. Eventbrite is an official third party vendor for Vegandale CHI. You can purchase tickets on our website or through Eventbrite. We have no other additional third party vendors who sell tickets.

REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Tickets will not be refunded in case of inclement weather.
All ticket sales are final. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from www.vegandalefest.com. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and Vegandale Festival may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using www.vegandalefest.com.
