What is Vegandale?
Vegandale is your ultimate all-vegan destination, uniting food, music, and art for an unparalleled experience. We annually tour nine major cities across North America and the UK.
Our mission is to demonstrate the moral imperative of a world free from animal exploitation, challenging stereotypes by showing that a vegan world looks remarkably similar—just without the use of animals.
Join us in reshaping perceptions and creating a world where animals are left the f *ck alone.
Is everything at the event vegan?
Absolutely, Vegandale is a completely vegan event.
Will wristbands be used for making purchases at Vegandale?
NO – if you received an email stating otherwise, please disregard it. That information was incorrect. See the “Tickets & Payments” FAQs to learn what methods of payment we are accepting this year!
What can I anticipate in terms of food and beverages at the event?
Prepare for an array of global food and lifestyle vendors! Attendees will have the exciting opportunity to be among the first to sample the latest vegan products, some of which are not yet available in stores. Indulge in the finest vegan comfort food, craft brews, as well as wine and spirits.
Stay connected for vendor updates by following us on Instagram and Facebook!
Is the event suitable for children? Does my child require a ticket?
While we generally advise against bringing children due to large crowds and amplified sound, children aged 12 and under can enter the general admission area free of charge. However, all attendees, including children, require tickets for VIP access, and there are no discounts available for children in this category.
Will the event proceed regardless of weather conditions?
Absolutely! The event is set to take place rain or shine. Vendors will be covered in the event of rain, ensuring that the show goes on without interruption. Please note that no refunds will be provided due to poor weather conditions.

My ticket purchase is being declined. How can I resolve this issue?
Typically, the error message is triggered when your bank flags the transaction. To resolve this, we suggest two proactive measures:
1. Try using an alternative card for the transaction.
2. Try another device, browser, and/or incognito mode
3. Take a moment to contact your bank and inform them about your attempt to make a transaction, kindly requesting their assistance in processing it smoothly.
I noticed multiple charges on my card for the ticket purchase. What should I do?
It’s likely that only one of the transactions will transition from processing to being posted on your statement, while the others disappear. Before reaching out to us, please verify that both charges are posted and not just in the processing stage.
What form of payment method is accepted at the event?
You can pay with debit, credit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at the event.
My tickets won’t download – what should I do?
All tickets will be emailed the week of the event, even if you’ve already received them previously. If you receive your tickets the week of the event and they still won’t download or the link won’t open, please contact our customer service team at info@vegandale.com for assistance.
What if I can’t attend the event due to injury, illness, emergency, or another reason? Can I get a refund or defer my ticket?
Due to the nature of events, we are unable to offer refunds or deferments in these cases. However, you are welcome to sell or give away your tickets, as the name on the ticket does not need to match that of the ticket holder.
Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Tickets will not be refunded in case of inclement weather.
All ticket sales are final. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from www.vegandalefest.com. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and Vegandale Festival may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using www.vegandalefest.com.
What is the parking situation?

Discounted parking is available only with advanced purchase through their site here.
